Treibhaus is an AI agency in Byron Bay for SMBs (20–100 people). We set up a Company Brain: one curated source of truth for what your company knows, kept in sync with the tools your team already uses. Your people and your AI tools answer from the same approved knowledge, every answer cites where it came from, and the whole thing belongs to you.
What we set up
Connected to the tools you already use
The brain connects to your email, Drive, Slack and documents, and stays in sync with them. Nobody has to move their work into a new tool first.
Curated, not just searched
An agent drafts and updates pages from those sources, and a person on your team approves each change. Contradictions and stale pages are flagged for a human, never silently overwritten. So the brain gets more correct over time, instead of repeating whatever the sources happen to say today.
Answers that cite their sources
Every answer points to the page and the original email, file or thread behind it, so anyone can check a claim before acting on it.
Inside the AI tools your team already has
Your team asks from Claude, ChatGPT or their coding agents, through MCP. Every agent reads the same approved knowledge, so the answer does not depend on which tool someone happened to open.
Permissions that hold
People and agents only see what they are allowed to see. When an answer is wrong, it is corrected at the source, once, for everyone.
Yours to keep
The brain is plain markdown in a git repository your company keeps, readable in any editor, with no lock-in. We host it in your own cloud, in the region you choose (Australia, the EU or several regions), or with local models where data must not leave your network.
