We set up coding agents in your repositories: the agent instructions (AGENTS.md or CLAUDE.md), hooks, skills, MCP servers and permissions that make your codebase one an agent works in well, not one it flails in.
Agent orchestration
Where one agent is not enough, we wire up several: planning, building and review as separate steps, running in parallel where it pays off and against your CI.
Review and evaluation workflows
The feedback loops that keep agent output honest: tests and TDD, code review, and evals that tell you whether a change actually worked, rather than trusting the model took your word for it.
Coaching on your own work
Your engineers learn on their own tickets, not toy examples. We pair with them until the habits stick, and we are honest about what agents can and cannot do yet.
