Something working on your own data, often the same day. You see the hard parts early, while they are still cheap to change.
Agents that take real work
Agents that read documents, move data between systems and handle the repetitive tasks, with a person in the loop wherever a decision matters.
Language models on your own knowledge
Retrieval, internal assistants and MCP servers that answer from your documents and data. When an answer is wrong, you fix the source, not the prompt.
The data platform underneath
The pipelines, storage and vector search the AI runs on. If the data is wrong the AI is wrong, so we build this part first.
AEO and agent readiness
People ask ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI Overviews instead of searching, and agents start acting on their behalf. Answer engine optimisation (AEO) makes sure those answers cite you: structured data, crawler access, content signals and pages that answer real questions. MCP servers let agents use your product directly.
Shipped, measured and maintained
Into production with the parts that matter done: auth, privacy, logging and evaluation. We track what it gets right and wrong and keep fixing it, or hand it over to your team.
